Spoken Graces both serious and with a touch of humour!

For every mouth and plateful may the Lord make us truly grateful. Amen.

Creator God, for your care in providing us with all that we need, for the skills of farmers and growers, delivery people and chefs who have sourced, provided and prepared our food today, we give thanks. Amen.

For fruit and juice, cereals and eggs, meat and veg, bread and sauce we give thanks to God the creator of all. Amen.

Be present at our table Lord,
Be here and everywhere adored,
His mercies bless and grant that we
May learn to live in harmony. Amen!

For the food we eat we thank you. For the friends we meet. For your loving care all day through, O Lord, we thank you. Amen.

O Lord, bless us and these gifts of food which we are about to receive from constant bounty. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

As we eat this food may we each be thankful to you O God for all that you have provided. May we also be mindful of those who have no food and strive to work for a better world. Amen.

For food, fun and fellowship we give you thanks O God. Amen.
