What next?
Many churches last year reported that the Bigger Breakfast was the first men’s breakfast that they’d held in years – but popular demand meant that they needed to do another one soon. So what next?
BMM is organising a follow-up event in February, the Bigger Balti. The idea is the same as the Bigger Breakfast, only this is an evening event and features curry. It takes place on Tuesday, February 1st 2011 at a local Indian restaurant near you. You can register online and find more details at Bigger Balti. It would be fantastic if you followed your Bigger Breakfast with a Balti!
BMM also offers a regularly increasing range of material that you can use. Perhaps you could hold a regular men’s discussion meeting down your local pub or café using materials from our free factsheets? These cover a range of topical issues that can be used as starting points for discussions.
You might also want to consider getting together for breakfasts every couple of months or so, holding regular cinema outings, bowling trips or other leisure activities and encouraging men to sign up to prayer triplets, Bible studies or even on-line discussion forums.
