Why men's breakfasts?
It’s good to get together and eat. We know that the first Christians did so every time they met and Christians have gathered together.
Men’s groups have, for many years, regularly gathered together for their own men’s breakfasts. Over the past few years, these once-monthly events have become an endangered species, becoming the exception rather than the norm. The BMM wants to change that by reintroducing the concept to churches.
Men’s breakfasts are winners because they bring men together in their churches. They’re an ideal place to invite men who don’t go to your church to come along and enjoy themselves in an environment where they will be made to feel welcome.
Many groups invite speakers from all walks of life to offer a challenging, man-friendly message.
And one of the best things about men’s breakfasts is that they take place at the beginning of the day, leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy how you wish: spending it with your family, going to the football match, shopping or even going home and watching DVDs!
